Newbie Singer Needing Feedback

Hi, I just started singing a few weeks ago and I'm thinking of recording a few tracks with my friends. Here's what I've done on my own and would like some feedback on where I could improve. Any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated!

Central park is really too low of a key for your voice and sounds monotonous.
