Collaboration N E 1 ?

This is my first poll so cut me some slack...not the neck...ok!?

Do we need a collaboration thread or no? It seems that lots of folk here are stuck in their own little rut...not just with their writing and performance skills but with their recording and mix down skills.

I'm wondering if an area for collaboration for performance, writing and mixing wouldn't be a good idea.
