Other opinions on studio layout and acoustics

What you guys think? 15'x12' room. 7' high. I have to oposing doors on both of the long walls. My options are limited yes. but what you think?

Tricky one. There are two good things to have, but you can't have both. The first is that conventional wisodm says point you speakers down the longest dimension of the room, i.e. B. It also says you should aim for symmetry, i.e. A.

The size of the room is not big, specially with low ceilings. Were I in your shoes I'd go for A. It looks like the most practical option.
 
Can you block off the hall entrance on the left? If so, then B, traps in the 3 corners you can do. The open doorway bottom right will be kind of a 'trap'.
