They are ok.

What you will need in your room is serious bass trapping first. These should be a secondary consideration.

You can use rock wool instead of OC703... a little different absorption rating, but very close.

The advantage of foam is it's finished look and ease of application - even though it is less effective.

A bag of rockwool around here is about $50. Add another $50 for wood, fabric and fasteners and get something that works much better for half the price...
 
As somebody who went from foam to 703, skip the foam and spend that money on 703. It tightens up a room (instead of sucking the life out of it) more than you could imagine.
