Well it's been a fairly productive week. I wrote a couple of songs as did my collaborator mjhamil. Here is one that is pretty much done. We've played though it a bunch of times but didn't have time to record it. I need to learn how to play it on the keyboard so a recording may be a ways away. Here are the lyrics in the interim......

I especially like the absence of a 'sing-song' rhyme and rhythm during the chorus. It states what it needs to without taking a 'Twinkle Little Star' approach. Now get started on that piano so we can hear what it sounds like!
