Using Sony Acid Pro 6.0...

Hi, I'm fairly new with Acid. My friend used to help me record my music with his Garageband software on his Apple, but now that I've relocated, I'm starting out from scratch. I'm half-way through reading the manual, but it doesn't help much. I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me out.

1) Are plug-ins included/where can I download plug ins? I remember that my friend used all these plug ins on his Garageband, to alter the sound of a basic acouistic guitar, making it sound like an electric etc.

Learning any sequencer is going to be a bit of work. Keep digging into the manual and read some other books (there are also video DVDs that may help you):

Acid will take any VST plugin: Go to www.kvraudio.com - that is the big momma of all plugin sites and you can search for free or commercial plugins of any type.

Hello, I have the Motu 2408mk2 installed tro my computer and i have sony Acid pro. 5&6 and would like to know how to assing all 8 tracks to the motu interface though sONY aCID does not give me the option to do so though it only tells me i can use tracks 1&2 or 3&4 or 5&6 0r 7&8 but not all 8 tracks at the same time wich is what i would like to do. How can i tell Sony Acid to buse all 8 track at the same time through Motu.
