Ok, i've just started using a Boss Dr50 mk2.I'm not a drummer nor have i ever recorded drums or drum machines except for old demo's where everything was central. I'm not sure about settings for good stereo effect. For instance, are there certain elements that are usually always central?
I know it's good to experiment but i'd like some advice on a good starting point for say,a basic pop/rock track with Hi hat, snare Bass, Hi,mid and low toms.
The pan controls run 1-3 hard left and 1-3 hard right.
