Help!! Problem recording stereo with TASCAM DR-100 MK II

I'm writing because I need to understand the following situation. I recorded with two microphones in recorder TASCAM DR-100 MK II (analog, XLR). By making the graphic display of the signal I observed displacement relative to line 0 (offset). The situation is not the same when recording with a single mic. Anyone know of any application or any technique (other than filtering) that can help me.
