This Walters guy you invented is just ... well ... pretty gay. I'd have to say I find Jar-Jar Binks about as entertaining. It's pretty close. But worse yet, I think you're pretty unimaginitive for keeping up a character that's just about as exciting and controversial as stale, moldy bread. You can do better than this crap.
