What is this female vocal effect??

Hello! New here. Have a question i hope you all can figure out.

In the song, "Character Select - Bones" (its on youtube) at the beggining from 0:06-0:12...



What is that echo female vocal effect? Is it a sample? if so, from where? Is there a certain way to make it all fade in like that and all the super echo effects?

It's a long reverse reverb. To do this in your software, reverse the clip, put a long reverb on it and print, reverse the new clip again to the original orientation. Done.
