Hello everyone!
New member of the community here! Very excited to be joining! I am currently a student at LAFS for Music Production. I have a lot of, I guess, "armature" experience with music creation and production. I would like to know from anyone willing to answer, if there was a place to start from for a novice that wants to really take this career and run with it, where would that be? I already have some equipment and more on the way soon, so that particular hurdle isn't a huge concern. I am more interested in best practices to help stand out in a world where the tech to become the next big thing is democratized and available to anyone with a smart phone.
