I'm seriously tempted to buy one of these bad boys. However, as it doesn't have an fx loop, I'm curious if theres any way to still use rack effects, something along the lines of a lexicon mpx-1 or alesis midiverb for a little reverb or delay.

Basically I'm just nervous that if I buy the amp, will I be stuck in stomp box hell.

As far as I know, you can almost always "insert" a reverb box into a box.

What I mean is, outboard FX is possible in almost any recording or amping situation.

It revolves around the ancient axiom of Sonasman and Chessie:

"It goes inna and then goes outta...."

Really no problem.
