When I try to master and then go onto a PC the unit reverts back to the 00-00-00 start of the card Teach me to offload the music recorded 45min - 2 hours onto the Disk The unit is a DP-003 Tascam Portastudio Multi-track and the problem is that the unit reverts back to 00-00-00 of the memory card whenever I push to Master Rec on Recorder Mode I need to Master music on the card further into the card than simply the first track

You're going to have to give more information than that. What are you mastering on? What program? Is it a flash card coming out of a stand along recorder?

What you have posted makes no sense.
 
I don't have a DP03, perhaps someone else that has that unit can comment.
I would recommend that you look at some of the Youtube videos on that recorder. There are others, but maybe start with these two.
