Hello everyone, thanks for taking the time to help me out. I am new to looping but have a basic understanding of home recording. BUT I do have questions regarding sound quality and audio interfaces / monitors / headphones.
Firstly, is there any way that I can make my tracks I record on garage band sound like the sound my loop station pumps out of the headphones? I create these wild loops and they sound full and rich on the headphones, but when I USB my loop station to the iMac it sounds like shit...I realize headphones and speakers will never sound the same but there has to be a way to get them close.
Secondly, if I am using my Boss RC-300 and running it USB to my iMac DO I STILL NEED AN AUDIO INTERFACE to get good recordings?
Lastly, will I notice a big difference in getting a $150 set of monitors instead of using my audio amp and small wired speakers?
Thanks for the help on this!
