Online Recording Studio

Ok I'm not such a newbie but here is a legit question. Is there a online recording studio where you can create songs and have your bandmates add their tracks online and then mix down and master the song for download all from multiple places? For example: Drummer logs on and creates drum track and records it to online storage. Then the bass player logs on and adds his track and then the guitarists, vocals, etc. Then one person then mixes down the tracks and masters the song. Must have Pro tools for editing and mastering.
Any ideas?
 
Almost any studio can do that (and does do that)...

You don't even need a 'studio' for that matter... Just one band member with some FTP space.
