Greetings,Im thrilled to be part of such an important group. After 35 years, I am back...full steam ...to reel to reel. I just picked up a mint Revox A77 with everything as if it was brand new. It even has the Revox white credit card for service,
It plays beautifully but I have three issues:
the tape counter does not move
When the reels turn they make a clicking noise. I probably need SPACERS
Both meters light up,turn red during recordings,but the needles DO NOT MOVE.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction ? I am pretty handy but when it comes to circuit boards, I always have
left it to others who are much better at it than me.
I am located in New Jersey, not far from NYC.
