Hi all, I'm a newby but a 53 year old one so bare with me as I'm not mega technically minded. I've gone from a BR800 to a Tascam dp 32 and I'm having a bit of trouble with a few things.
I should be posting my questions in the Tascam section I assume.

Hi Roy and welcome. IMHO it does not really matter where you post? The main principles of recording, mics, mic technique, room effects and WTF to do about them and monitoring issues are the same however you record the stuff.

There are exceptions of course, makes sense to keep those strange annyloggy people in their own box!
