are armed in Ableton Live 8. I have been reading about pop filters and other things for the mic side of it, but the acoustic does it just as bad, and it doesn't really change much once I start recording.

Using Presonus AudioBox and Shure Dynamic Prologue mic. I was playing the acoustic plugged in, the mic is now picking it up as well, but popping from both my inputs on audiobox.

Pop filters are to prevent unwanted noises from blasts of air.
Your acoustic guitar doesn't move air in that kind of way, so your pops are from something else.

Could you just have the gain so high that you're clipping the converters?
If not, are the clicks/pops random? It could just be a playback artefact as a result of having your audio buffer size set too low.

I just recently found out how to check your notifications on here.

As soon as I did, great answer, 512 is the minimum buffer size I can get away with.

To me knowledge this fixed my problem, thank you.
