Mellotron Plugin Help

Does anybody know where I can get a decent sounding Mellotron plug-in to download for free and that works on WIN 64 bit? Most of the ones I have come across only work on 32 bit.

That's poor form on the part of Cubase in that case.

What they're doing is forcing everyone who has accumulated many years of 32 bit plugins to abandon them and try and find 64 bit versions or equivalents.

Maybe that is just the LE (Limited Edition) that won't use 32 bit plugins?

Switch to Reaper! At least for that track, then render it to WAV and insert it into Cubase.

Is buying one completely out of the question ? Not trying to be funny, just curious. I'm a mellotron lover.

I meant the digital version ! If the OP had the money, I'd recommend GMedia's MTRON or the Mike Pinder mellotron samples. Both are fantastic and while costing a little money {though neither is expensive ~ and I'm a cheappskate !}, are a worthwhile investment. I've had the MTRON since2004 and I wouldn't part with it for anything.
