Maxim plugin on Protools First is missing

Hey guys, I downloaded Protools first and when I tried to insert 'Maxim' on the master, it was no where to be found.

I tried downloading Maxim via AVID Knowledge Base on the AVID Force site and the 'maxim' folder comes up in iCloud Drive > Documents > Protools > PlugIn Settings. But when I re-launch Protools First and try to insert the plugin, it still doesn't come up.



What am I doing wrong? How do I get the Maxim plugin in my DAW? I'm using a Macbook. Any help would be appreciated so much, this is really frustrating given that I also can't get in contact with Protools support.

It looks like Maxim isn't included with Protools First.

The included plugins are listed here.
Maxim, for whatever reason, is listed under Modulation and Effects.

You should have the Dynamics III compressor/limiter, though, which you might find useful.
