Matching two different sound sources

Hello,

I was recording one concert of classical music from two different spots so my sound is not the same on these two recordings. As it occurred one mistake I needed to add just a small part of second recording to my first one.
So, I was wondering if it is possible to adjust second clip (sonate_2.mp3) to match the first one (sonate_1.mp3)
What would be the right software to achieve this and what is the best way to do it, if that is even possible at all.
Thank you all in advance.

p.s.
I have these softwares available for sound editing: adobe audition & premiere pro and izotope rx 6

The good news is the second clip is closer and less reverberant, so you can do carefully eq and add some reverb to make it sound similar. You need to find a nice reverb plugin that matches the size of the space. The definition of the first reverberant clip is less good, of course as the mics are simply too far away from the source, but you should be able to replicate it reasonably close.
