I have the option to purchase a
MACKIC 1402-VLZ Pro 14 inexpensively. I want to be able to interface it with my mac. Does anyone know how to do this?

What are you trying to record? If it's just vocals and guitar or simple setups like that, save your money and buy an audio interface. The mixer is adding an unnecessary step especially considering it has no channel outs. You'd be using it as a stereo submixer and unless you're using all 6 XLR preamps, it's really pointless.
