I'm trying to put a sound system together

I'm trying to put a sound system together for mostly video editing and sound design.
I'm a video producer that has very little knowledge about sound equipment.
Also i like singing and recording as a newly found hobby and i'm trying to put together a budget sound system.
Around 600 euro.

This is what i found:

M-Audio BX5 D3
Swissonic Sub10
the sssnake SM6BK
the sssnake IPP1033
Behringer U-Phoria UMC202HD

My mic (that i already have): Audio Technica AT2035

I'm am on desktop

Can switch between just having all the outputs to my headset and speaker output
so would be nice no know that?

Is the best cheapest option for flat response monitors?

I also found somewhere that it matters what speakers you have in what type of room.
So i just have my desk at the far end in a 4m x 2m x 3m room.

I wanna get the room isolated and hang up acoustic foam later so if you have suggestions for that also let me know

Don't waste your money on acoustic foam. It will not 'isolate' your room, and will leave you with a muddy or boxy sound as it will only absorb some of the high and mid-high frequencies.
