Computer Audio - do you not use it, if so how?

I was wondering how the rest of you handle this. I have an audio interface (FireStudio) that i use for recording. I would like to be able to play youtube videos, mp3's, etc. from my pc - im not sure how to do this since i had to disable my internal sound device.

So, how would you go about outputting your pc's audio through your audio interface, or do you just not do it?

thanks :-)

Well I use ASIO drivers and just send all audio thru my interface, both ways. I think you set it thru the control panel.

You should be able to set your default sound device in the control panel.

Go to Control Panel>Sound and Audio Devices> then look at the Audio and Voice tabs and you can change your default audio device.

I hope this helps,
Damian
