OK, finally getting around to cabling my instruments/effects/mixer together...
Would like some help cabling this in a flexible fashion, feel free to send and diagrams to braincase@ANTISPAM.sunflower.com (please edit that antispam component out).
My main composing tool is a Les Paul fitted with a Roland GK-2H synth pickup, so I can go outbound via regular pickups with one cable and into the Roland synth with the 13 pin synth cable.
Regular cable coming out of the axe can go to combo amp (Marshall or Crate), or pre-amp modelling box (Behringer V-Amp, Digitech Genesis 3, or Digitech RP-2100 pedal board).
Synthesizer offers left and right outputs, and midi outputs (I've got USB to midi cables, and I'll use that as a midi controller going into Reason 2.5).
I've got a little Behringer mizer ( http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7...l/base_id/40745 )
I'll be going into an Echo Mia card , recording into Sonar...
WHat would be the best way for me to do this? I want to be efficient and flexible (occassionally swapping out the V-Amp2 for a Bass V-Amp so I can record bass lines, too).
