Anyone know what synth sound this is?

Sounds like some kind of string emulation with some other stuff added in for good measure. There are countless sounds like this out there in various hardware systems and especially soft synths. Good luck finding something like it, though it shouldn't be too hard.
 
It's so common as to be in every Roland, Yamaha and Korg keyboard, and in the zillions of VSTi synth packages. When you have hundreds of sounds to choose from, the time taken to find ones is getting longer. It's nothing special.
