Problem , no txt showing on music video with txt .

Hello there

I have converted some youtube music videos with Text to MP4 and again to DVD formats , the problem I have is that when I play both Mp4 and the DVD on my pc they are ok and the Text comes on the video , but when I play them on my TV there is no Text with the Music Video , I tried my other TV with a built in DVD player and again no text showing on the Music Video .

Ime lost on this one .

Off the top of my head:
Resolution? Is it getting cut off?
Is the text part of the video itself, or is it in a different "layer" (such as subtitles or closed captioning)?
