Been messing around with ZZ Top's Precious and Grace.

I sang this one.
I probably should throw this one out there for a vocal collaboration and chuck my vocals. Anyone want to take a stab at the vocals?
I disguised my voice behind distortions, reverbs, etc to make it sound like I meant to sing it that way.

Sounds pretty good to me...maybe back off on some of the vocal FX...the distortion is pretty cool, but the verb is a bit too much. Nice bass tone. :D
 
That's my el-cheapo $290 Ibanez bass I picked up just for recording. Well it's also EQ'd, plus a compressor effect. :D

I find the vocals are a bit loud for the mix, and the effects are too evident. I think you have a good enough voice (bluesy) and it doesn't require that much distortion or verb....

Leads are cool, drums are good too.

Other than the vocals (and that's just my humble opinion) this is an excellent piece....
