this is the first project that i've ever actually completed, beginning to end, even though i've been recording constantly for over a year now.

Bands who lose interest (i'm very beginner, so i dont' charge people, and that leads to procrastination), mixing done by another engineer, songs that i've mixed but haven't tracked, etc etc etc... but this is the first album that i've tracked and mixed all the way through.

so to celebrate, i thought i'd offer it up here to for some critique.

any thoughts would be great, so far only me and the band have heard it...

oh, please mix-related comments because i know the songs are silly. Although I did play the trumpet solo in Bonk! =)

the bologne poney? :D

everything sounds pretty well balanced except the vocals in bonk are too low. not much detail in the vox and too dry in both tunes.

you're right, the vocals should be up a bit louder... and more reverb/delay you think?

any other thoughts anybody?
