Well O.K.

The song has a very nice groove to it.
The guitar tone seems perfect but, a tad distant. Sounds like a distant mic technique.
Also, if you trtade out some headroom between the guitar and vocal, the vocal would be clearer. Maybe a more substantial pan of the rhythm git.
And the drums could come up some in the mix. The bass is right but the drums are behind it and don't have much of a snap or presence.

Nice, flowing and well arranged song!

All the MP3s I listened to had tons of clicks and pops in them, They sound like they are very poorly ripped from a CD. Sorry.
