Wow clean clean recording....mix was excellent...very tight playing...wish I could understand the words...lol.....what was used to record at home?...gibs
 
I took a mixdown of the drums from the studio.
Recorded the guitar's through a tube preamp,
The Bass direct, - Fender Jazz Bass
The keyboards direct, K2500
Vocals were recorded using a Neumann U87 through a Neve pre amp - The mic and pre were rented.
 
Wow..is right! Very tight, clean recording and I especially like the way everything has it's own space in the mix. Too bad I can't understand the lyrics but nonetheleass the vocalist did a great job!
 
Shailat, kuodos to you! nice mix, and loved the vocals. Did you use a software reverb or hardware? The Neumann was a great choice for her voice.

Shailat...we've "spoken" several times over at Eddie's chatroom but I've never heard your stuff.

I downloaded this Esa tune...man you did a killer job with this. I'm listening with cheapo headphones and it still sounds great!
