"Waterfall" New original tune by me

First thing that jumps out to me is the timing. The rhythm is not tight. The bass, drums, and acoustic guitar are all a little off during the verse. In the chorus things get better.

Acoustic guitar is a little harsh and maybe over compressed at the beginning. Try to EQ out something around 2k maybe. It will also help the vocals sit better.
 
The song is pretty good and I applaud the effort, but it needs work.
Most of the way things are EQ'd sound pretty awkward, theres alot of masking and clutter in the mix.
As was mentioned there are a few places the timing is too far off to be passable, same with the vocal pitch.
