Updated Zeppelin cover with vocals!

Thanks to the talents of a couple of members here,I know have vocals for my version of Zeppelins "Good Times Bad Times"...oconor and snakedog were kind enough to take the time and lay down some tracks for me...thanks guys..you did a great job!.
Here is there versions:

Oh yeah,,I also added the solo during the ending...well not exactly the Jimmy PAge solo...just my hacked version :p
 
Listening to Ocnor's version right now...Damn boy. Nice job. Your Plant voice has more depth than the original...sweet man. Cool solo Axeman.

Sounds like you had a blast man. Kind of a cool, bar nabd version here. Not even trying to immitate the original...just blasting it out. Cool. I might have to get on this.... :D

Holy smokes!!! That is great!!! Man, he nailed it good. I have a couple of versions recorded, but I may have to rethink this. Awesome job man....I dig all these. This could be a fun challenge. I am having some timing issues, so have sung with Ocnor so far. Now, I need to do it my way.... :eek:

Ocnor - good job with touch of your own style, Snakedog - true to form, lots of fun in your version, Bulls Hit - you do a great Plant imitation.
Great versions all around (and I get to hear that great guitar playing every time)....
 
Ocnor - man you weren't kidding about your Plant voice! Very cool and true to the original, I dig it.

Bulls Hit - awesome! Great feel to the vox, almost sounds to me like zeppelin in a different era if that makes any sense. Very cool ;)

Dogman, Ido, thanks for the comments guys... I was just looking to have a fun the other night and did a few quick takes, kind of just did whatever I wanted. I was forgetting lyrics and stuff, but oh well, I had a great time :D Thanks axeman for the chance to sing this ;) Cool outro solo too!
 
Ronco - Nice vocals..full sounding voice. I have heard you sing before.

Snakedoggy - Man you have got to do a Stones cover....you are a Mick-voice!! :D

Bullshit- Nice vocals...close to Plants.

Oncor and Bulls Hit, is very close to the original, great dynamics and control.
Snake and Dogman Sweet guys, Dogman you really makes plant sound like a sissy :D .
Snake great aproach, I second true`s suggestion Do a stones cover man. do the tune Miss you, its got a great funky porn backing :D

Hey thanks Nak and True! It's Led Zeppelin with Mick Jagger on vox :D Hehe, I don't get too many vocal comparisons, but more than any I've gotten the Jagger one. I should do a stones cover for fun... i could almost hear "Miss You" turning into a groovy dance/techno song, ridicously hot. Plus it'd be fun to bust out the harmonica again :D

Dogman, your version rocks!! :D Zeppelin goes hardcore, Dogman style... I could hear Dogman's version sounding cool having the distortion cranked up real high and maybe... weedwackers doing the harmonies.

SnakeDog, very original. Dogman, take no prisoners. Ocnor smooth and accomplished.

No wonder everone wants a bash at this. When the guitars and drums sound this good, who can help themselves?

Yup...this has been a fun one to do...Always wanted to play it,and was happy when my real band decided to add it to our set..
I thought it was real cool to hear each singer's diffrent style approach...each one has something cool to offer....the only bad thing is I'm driving my wife crazy playing this song over and over with the diffrent vocals :rolleyes: !
Hope you get a chance to take a stab at it ,I know you would do a fine job!
