And not in the love song sort.
I have been playing with these songs for a few weeks and they are driving me nuts. Everything is so flat sounding. I tried playing with EQs to try and get them a little less boring sounding. The sequenced drums don't help. And the bass... no matter what I do, I can not get a good bass sound in my Mbox. Direct or micing a guitar amp (don't have a bass amp at my disposal). The guitars are muddy too. You can kinda tell I was getting tired of them, because after all the vocal takes, the dislike for them starts to show.
Oh well. Maybe I am just wanting to much out of what I have to work with. If anyone has any comments they'd like to share, I'd appreciate it.
