Okay, I know this is pretty bad
But I want a general idea of how the drums sound.
I’m not looking to do anything too hi-fi with this due to it being a quick demo,
But, anyone have any thoughts on this?

Please try to ignore the crappy echo reverb I have on them…
It’s just a clip with a scratch guitar track.

They're a tad low in this mix. :)

The guitar is recorded well...interestingly, anyway. Good panning.

The vocal is a little bizarre, but has tons of style.

Actually, I think the recording is pretty good, though the writing is not my cup of tea.

Why yes, yes I did. :) That's what happens when one works too fast. I listened to the first on in the group, so now you have two commentaries for the price of one!

IMO, the drums sound thin, boxy and computer-esque...like an inexpensive drum synth machine.

If you're using midi to trigger, try running them through a good quality drum sampler and it should improve the sound dramatically.

Hmm.. I'm not using midi at all...
That was a live recording of my drummer.
That's just the raw tracks with no processing (bar a little verb)
