the first thread was here http://www.homerecording.com/bbs/showthread.php?s=&threadid=76597

this is part 2. unmastered. the songs fade into each other so I'm working on that and getiing a good "mastered" (ahh hmmm .. hacked) track to burn to CD, which I may post for comparison purposes in a few days. I just wanted to get some response to the mix(es) before i stepp into that- besides i have a headache right now and nothing better to do. :D

hmm.. i seem to have broken nowhere radio after uploading this.. lol

the link should be

I will get the right link when it seems to be working, right now, I'm getting a file not found :(

the file is there...it seems to be a NWR problem....contact Waldo and he should get you straight......

i was able to get it on the New Songs section of the NWR home page......

i think id push those background vocals back a bit and chorus them out......

the guitar? part sounded muffled......

i love the change at 2:43 but i wanted it earlier........

the part that comes in at 3:22 has nice tone...cool riff too but when you play lower it gets a little muffly too.....

overall, this is just a very good piece.....its very good having you back :)

now wheres S8-N?......

i would agree that the guitar sounds a little too muffled.........good vocals..........the effect on the backing vocal sounded a little weird............i would also think about tightening them up a bit w/ the lead vocal..........

the drums sound great.................i would agree with possible making the change a little earlier in the song
