This is a recent tracking I did in my studio. The artist is a young fellow named Adam Fears and Brazos Valley. This is a nonmastered mix with just accoustic guitar, fiddle and bass backing the vocal. The vocal tracks were recorded with a MXL V69ME into a Langevin DVC. The fiddle was recorded using two MXL 603s into the Mackie pres. The bass was run thru a Sans amp PSA1. All were recorded into an Alesis HD24 and mixed down to a Masterlink. I'm still not sure exactly where we are going with this song production wise. I like this uncluttered version but Adam wants pedal steel, keys and drums added.
