Rage (old school rock / alternative) need critics + vocalist :)

I like it - would love to hear good vocals with it (just like about everything that I make!). The organ is nice. Some up front instrument solo, other than guitar or organ, might be nice at some point, too.

On my system, it's kinda bass heavy and muddy - I can't tell you that my system is well balanced, so just consider this another data point. I think I have all kinds of bass issues in my room. If I were mixing it here, I'd probably lower the gain on the bass guitar a little and maybe cut or drop the deep bottom end off the guitar (maybe everything below 100hz). I might lower the bass guitar a couple of db in the 100-200hz range, too.
 
hi no you are totally true with bass mumbling and that it sounds muddy

but it seems to me that its very hard to fix this heavy bass frequencies.
perhaps i try to lower the guitar freqs and lower the bass a little bit and the gain
i will try your hints and will look if it takes effect on the overall sound : )

It sounds way too muddy. The drums sound good. but I think some subtractive EQ on the guitars would clean it up a lot. Remove enough low end to make it clear, but not too much that it loses it's depth. It's really a matter of preference, just play around with it.
