If you guys could please take a listen to this new song and lend me some comments on the general mix/eq of the tune, I'd be forever in your debt. Thanks =)

    Hoppin'. I love this stuff...
The vocals were up really good, a little spattery in the first verse, but the level came down. When the instruments were solo`d the levels were a bit too hot. I think the guitar level was a bit too low and the fills got washed over until the guitar solo`d. I`d add some high mids to the guitar, it sounds jus a tad rolled off up there. Kick could stand a touch more doonk and a little more string winding on the bass could come out.

For the most part overall, I like it. The stereo spread on the drums is a little disjointed from the rest of the stereo image... Although, I understand that bringing it in too much could give you phase problems that you don't want I'm sure...

Maybe a whisker more brightness in several areas (except the drums) would help the "air quality" in there.

    Cool tune...
