Hi, this is a cover we recorded.
Any Comments on performance and Studio mixing would be appreciated.
It's still in his puppy-shoes but hey give your thoughts...

I am currently listenning, and I must say the vocals are way to dry, they sound "CHEAP" (the bad cheap), the Overheads are way to present, too agresive, the bass seems nice, and the bass drum is burried, try putting some topend to your bass drum, the guitar seems to fit the style.

There seems to be some clipping also (maybe it is a wanted effect).

The vocals could be turned down also because they are really ruining the sound.

The playing and the spirit was there (except for the first drum fill, OUCHHH)

Keep mixing man, I ain't a pro, but I just wanted to give you my comments, and I believe that you will become better and better as more people criticize your mixes.
