Try to refine that link so you end up here

    Listening to "A New Song"

Funny intro "Holy shit that's a lot of reverb"

Drums sound a little distant, the backing section has a slight distant feel to it. Good job capturing a clear vocal, inflection is pretty visible.

Sometimes the singer drifts off key sometimes, better check a few spots (1:13, 3:39). Also for a band that is kind of getting comparisons to Ben Folds Five I'm gonna expect a little more finesse from the keyboard player.

    thanks for the criticism man

that;s the best drum sound i;ve ever got with my equipment (two oktava 319s as overheads, two sm58s on snare and bass, mixed through behringer p.o.s. into zoom mrs-1044), i don't really hear it as "distant", could you elaborate? and how would i fix it?

and yes, our piano player is a few light years behind mr. ben folds, but we're working on it.

    thanks again.
