Hey fellow audio enthusiasts!! Just need some more input on the work in progress. Some may have heard in another form. If anyone wants to do some vocals and write lyrics, send me a message. I'm using Reaper, with EZ drummer/guitar rig 4, lots of Voxengo compressors/limiters, also Hardcore bass and East/West Quantum Leap plugins.

Enjoy

I love the Zakk Wylde squealies ... also loved the tone that was reminiscent of Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath

Very smooth...

Thanks guys!! Again, this is a work in progress, I really need a vocalist that can write and record some tracks for me. I compose music for film, tv, and radio. I'm trying to get over that DEEP "line in the sand" that this business has around every corner, and make some income on Music Publishing. Any thoughts on a vocalist, let me know. Thanks again!!

I would give my left arm to be in this business full time... but that might present serious problems for my guitar-playing :D

I think that any vocalists who are serious are already singing... It seems to me that all the vocalists at the music school are afraid to get out and do it... like they haven't yet reached that one lesson that will make them "ready". Its infuriating when you just want them to have a go. And you get inundated with people who want to be singers but dont want to take the trouble to learn how to sing... grrr

Sorry, rant over... best of luck with a singer

GuitarLegend - they'd fit in well in a socialist country like Sweden then. Nobody wants to take risks here.

OP - Nice tune.. You've managed a decent guitar sound with GR4. Ezdrummer sticks out like hell because everyone uses it, but it fits so can't complain too much there. Playing is very tight. If you find a good vocalist for this style (I'd imagine something like Arjen Anthony Lucassen or Symphony X) it could go places.
