This is a cover of Soulshine (Allman Bros./Gov't Mule) I don't think I did the song justice but I gave it a try anyways. I'm pretty happy with the mix, I finally got that bass guitar frequencies under control (with a Bass PODxt.) As always I recorded everything direct to my PC via a Delta 66/Omni interface with Cool Edit Pro 2, dumped some Acoustic Verb on the drums, guitars and vocals then gave the mixdown a Loudness Maximizer boost. I think it turned out pretty well (except for my voice which ended up going horse and my sloppy "guitar like Allman/Haynes" playing.) But who really likes their own voice and guitar picking anyways... I'd like to hear you thoughts on this recording. Thanks!

I redid the lead guitar track to make it sound more like Duane Allman and Warren Haynes (of Gov't Mule) I think it turned out pretty well. Any comments?
