Need Opinions about a New Song (A Hermit's Tale)

I just finished recording and mixing this song today. My ears are kind of shot so I'd like some outside opinons on how the mix sounds.

I like the new tune, whiskey and twix I've been there, but.......I think it's about 40 sec-minute too long. Love the ending..would like to hear a shorter version of it earlier on in addition to the end. Thats my load. Thanks for the comments, much appreciated. I actually shortened the song a great deal from what it was originally supposed to be, but maybe you're right in that it could still be a bit shorter. By the way, I just listened to your stuff.. but I commented on about that on your thread so.. yeah.
