Hello, older musician here(guitar/vocals). New to computer based recording, but have spent the past 25 years using the Tascam Portastudios. Prolific songwriter. Now redoing some older tunes I had. Still learning the ropes with Cubase 10 and Superior Drummer 3 but loving them so far. Wanted to see what input you guys had regarding the mix. I now primarily write instrumental background stuff. I have a Macbook Pro(Catalina), Scarlett, a great condenser. My keyboard is just a cheap older Casio arranger (Wk7600), and would love some newer toys, but this is what I'm stuck with for now.
