My friend would like some feedback on hip-hop band

Ha! That was great. The recording itself is pretty lo-fi, but great writing. Your buddy's got the talent - he just needs some production help.

the music sounds like an old video game or cheap sounding midi file... the vocals sound on top rather than in it.. not so much in volume, just the sound.. it's clean though.. needs more thump for the cars that drive by with the booming systems.. very comical.. I guess he's aight for a whiteboy! :)
