Here's a song that me and my sister did. I produced, arranged, and wrote the song and she the one who laid down the vocals. Tell me HONESTLY what ya'll think?

Very weird. Interesting for a while. Get's repetitive - the chorus isn't distinctive enough from the verse. Needs something to break up the song.

The vocals have a cool sound. But they're getting covered up by the instruments. All the effects on them I think are washing them out a bit too.

I'm hearing some pops and can't figure out if they're part of the song or not (as an example take a listen at 1:38). As I said, they could be part of the percussion.

I used the Mr-8 fostex recorder and V63-m mic. To make the beats, I used fruityloops

Vocals - panned left and right for the "wide" feel?

Can't say the vocalist is the best, but your production skill will definitely get you places. I'd look for new talent, and even experiment with other artist's songs in your free time to practice around a bit.
