These are some tracks my band has been working on, with these being the tentative mixes. I'm the drummer in the band, some parrts are a little sloppy and will be fixed u in the next week, but im looking for mix opinions here. This is a home studio with equipment we got 2 and a half weeks ago. Our bassist got a shure mic pack, 3 sm57s and a beta 52, and an overhead. We recorded on the floor in his studio room, with an overhead, sm57 on the snare and beta 52 on the kick, while the bass was direct input and the guitar cab was miced with an sm57. Afterwards, the vocals were recorded using the sm57s. This is our first attempt at the equipment, and our first attempt at do it yourself recording. enjoy!
