First Country Recording

nice bandwith... caught her in at 1.7 megs a sec!!!

yeah a lil much reverb, but liveable i suppose, i'd cut back on the verb and throw in a nice fast channel delay with the dry signal intact

the guitar on the left kinda seems a bit low at times

and the dithering is terrrible, the steady hum in the background is enuff to make me want to rip my hair out, find the culprit and gate that turd

me personally i feel the vocals could use a little more umpf.. if you can get the singer back in get her to record over the vocals with a light pan to give it more 'warmth'

btw.. was the bass player drunk? needs a compressor bad

Thanks Decipha

I lowered the reverb to almost half of what it was...

brought up a few of the low spots on the lead track.

added bass compresion..

Lowered the acoustic track just a bit...

the buzzing, I think was my fault...i'm not sure, but i think it may have come from the phantom power being on the strip the lead guitar player was plugged into. I had 48 v. on for the oh drum mics. Next time , i'm going to move the drum oh's to a seperate power supply for the 48 v. then i won't have any 48v on the mixer at all. does that make sense? thanks agan for the advise, does it sound better??
