Rather unusual request here . . .

But anyway, I have a client coming in this afternoon to record the Star Spangled Banner around 2 or 3 pm today Chicago time (Wednesday, the 3rd). She doesn't have an accompanist, and due to short notice, I'm not sure if I can get a hold of one.

If someone thinks they're up to the challenge, I could probably float you 50 bucks if you think you could run something off and have it to me by this afternoon before my session. A 16-bit .wav file or hi-bitrate mp3 would be fine.

Just send me a PM or email me if you're interested: snailinajar@yahoo.com and I'll give you the details.

What key do you need it in?

Do you want it dry as a bone or ambience/room level reverb?

Q.

Hey Querty : Your email isn't working -- just thought I'd let ya know.

All I know is it's going to be sung by a woman, but I'm not sure what key. I guess whichever is most common for females. And I would prefer "dry as a bone," as you put it.

It's still pretty early in the morning -- I will have more info for you
a little later. It's 8am over here. I will probably try and contact
her around 10, so I suppose I could get back to you between 10 and 11.

Would that be too short of notice for you?

Thanks for your response,

Keith
